Allahabad High Court has directed the Allahabad high court to strictly adhere to the prohibition on photography and videography of bathhouses on bathing ghats during the ongoing Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj. The court said that the order of the court, the rules and the court prohibited photography from the area of ​​100 meters in the area. Despite this, photographs of women bathing in newspapers are being printed, while electronic media is also showing it. The court said that on the part of the print or electronic media to ignore the order, strict action will be taken as per the rules.

The court has instructed the magistrates to ensure compliance by giving information to the media to order the media. The order was passed by Justice PKS Baghel and Justice Pankaj Bhatia on petition of advocate Asim Kumar. In the petition, there has been a demand for the ban on fatigraphy on bathing gates to be followed in Kumbh Mela. The Court has fixed the date for the next hearing on April 5. He has also sought the answer from the magistrate.
